Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large bowl, combine the red wine, minced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, tomato paste, oregano, basil, chives, balsamic vinegar, orange liqueur, brown sugar, sea salt, black pepper, cumin, minced garlic, ginger, horseradish, and dill.

02

Step

Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Submerge your chosen meat completely in the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated.

04

Step

Refrigerate the marinating meat for 16 to 24 hours to allow the flavors to deeply penetrate. (16-24 hours)

For best results, use a high-quality red wine that you would enjoy drinking.
Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your preference for sweetness.
If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, you can substitute with dried herbs, using about 1 teaspoon of each dried herb for every 2 tablespoons of fresh.
Make sure your meat is fully submerged to ensure even marination. Use a ziplock bag, turning occasionally, or weigh the meat down in a bowl.
