Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine water, dried onion, and bouillon cube.

02

Step

Microwave on high for 30 seconds until the bouillon cube is dissolved. (30 seconds)

03

Step

Add sour cream, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the bowl.

04

Step

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and smooth.

05

Step

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid.

06

Step

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill for 2-3 hours. (1-3 hours)

07

Step

Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or crudités. Garnish with finely chopped fresh chives or green onion tops, if desired.

For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream.
Adjust the amount of Worcestershire sauce to your preference.
If you don't have a microwave, you can dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water on the stovetop.
For a vegan option, use a vegetable bouillon cube and a plant-based sour cream alternative.
This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
