Feel free to adjust the sweetness and tanginess of the dressing to your liking by adding more sugar or vinegar. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing. If you don't have celery seed, you can substitute with a pinch of celery salt or omit it altogether.
