For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate instead of semi-sweet chocolate. If you don't have marshmallow creme, you can substitute with 16 ounces of mini marshmallows. Stir until completely melted. For a cleaner cut, use a warm knife when cutting the fudge. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
