Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Scatter the apples, peaches, plums, and strawberries into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, mixing the fruit well. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon if desired. Pour the water over the fruit. (10 minutes)

03

Step

Mix together the butter, 1 cup of sugar, the apricot nectar, flour, rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a bowl until the mixture is crumbly and well combined. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture over the pan of fruit. (15 minutes)

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the topping is lightly browned and the fruit is tender, about 45 minutes. (45 minutes)

For a richer flavor, consider using brown sugar instead of white sugar in the crumble topping.
A touch of lemon zest added to the fruit filling can brighten the flavors.
Feel free to experiment with different fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
If you don't have apricot nectar, you can substitute it with apple juice or orange juice.
