Place the foil-wrapped corn directly on the grill grates or on a baking sheet in the oven. Cook, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking, for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the corn is tender and the kernels are plump. (30 minutes)

If grilling, consider soaking the shucked corn in water for 30 minutes before wrapping to prevent the kernels from drying out.
