For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a thin layer of Dijon mustard under the horseradish mixture. If you don't have sweet onion, yellow onion works well too, just be sure to chop it very finely. Experiment with different cheeses! Gruyere or provolone would also be delicious. These sandwiches are great for a casual lunch, game day gathering, or even a quick weeknight dinner.
