Assemble the Sushi Rolls (30 minutes): Place one nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat. Evenly spread approximately 3/4 inch (2 cm) of cooked rice over the nori sheet, leaving a small border at the top edge. Arrange a stick of julienned carrot, a line of tuna, some chard strips, egg strips, a cucumber slice, and a line of cooked beef across the rice, starting about one-third of the way from the bottom edge of the nori sheet. Carefully and tightly roll the nori sheet, using the bamboo mat to help you. Seal the roll by using a grain or two of the sticky rice on the top edge of the nori. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
