Before cooking, remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to ensure even cooking. (30 minutes)

For the best flavor, use fresh herbs whenever possible. If using fresh herbs, increase the quantity to 1 tablespoon per dried herb.
This marinade is also excellent for vegetables and poultry.
Adjust the amount of garlic and pepper to suit your personal taste.
Marinating for longer than 24 hours may result in the meat becoming too acidic, so keep an eye on it.
