For an even richer flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate. Do not overbake the cupcakes, or they will become dry. They are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached. Store the cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
