Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 45 to 60 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through and float to the surface. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

For a smoother texture, you can use a food processor or grinder to shred the potatoes.
Klub can be made ahead of time and reheated. They are also delicious sliced and fried in butter the next day for breakfast.
