Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Using a tablespoon, create 16 evenly spaced mounds of cheese, approximately 2 inches in diameter, on the prepared baking sheet, leaving at least 1 inch between each. Gently press down on the center of each mound to ensure uniform thickness. (10 minutes)

03

Step
6 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is fully melted and the edges are beautifully browned, about 4 to 6 minutes. Watch closely to prevent burning. (6 minutes)

04

Step
15 mins

Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet for approximately 15 minutes. This allows the crisps to firm up and become easier to handle. (15 minutes)

05

Step
0 mins

Carefully remove the crisps from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

For a 'lacy' appearance, use store-bought shredded Parmesan cheese.
Freshly grated Parmesan will melt more uniformly, resulting in smoother, denser crisps.
Experiment with different seasonings! A light sprinkle of red pepper flakes, garlic powder, or Italian herbs can add a delightful twist.
If the crisps are sticking to the parchment paper, try using a thin spatula to gently loosen them.
