Continue cooking the patties until they are cooked through to an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C), about 5 minutes more. Simultaneously, cook the tortillas until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly, approximately 2 to 4 minutes. (Cook time: 12-14 minutes)
