Follow The Directions

01

Step
30 mins

In a roasting pan, arrange the pork ribs. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined. Pour the mixture evenly over the ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and allow to marinate in the refrigerator. (30 minutes)

02

Step
5 mins

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

03

Step
2 hrs

Place the covered pan in the preheated oven and cook until the meat is exceptionally tender, easily falling off the bone. During cooking, periodically check the liquid level in the pan. If the juices threaten to boil over, carefully remove some of the broth to prevent spillage. (approximately 2 hours)

For a richer flavor, consider browning the ribs in a skillet before placing them in the roasting pan.
Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to your preference. For a sweeter flavor, add a touch of honey or brown sugar to the marinade.
Ensure the foil is tightly sealed to trap moisture and steam, resulting in more tender ribs.
