For a spicier Sloppy Joe, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of your favorite hot sauce. If you don't have fresh parsley, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried parsley. To make this dish ahead of time, prepare the Sloppy Joe mixture and store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving. Experiment with different cheeses! Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or provolone would all be delicious.
