For a richer flavor, use melted butter instead of vegetable oil. If the dough is too sticky to handle, lightly flour your hands and the work surface. To make ahead, shape the rolls and freeze them before the second rise. When ready to bake, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and allow to rise before baking.
