For an even richer flavor, try using Gruyere cheese in addition to Swiss. If you don't have corn flakes, crushed Ritz crackers make a great substitute for the topping. To prepare ahead, assemble the casserole up to the baking step. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking directly from the refrigerator.
