For an even richer flavor, use homemade chicken broth. If you don't have rotisserie chicken, you can use leftover cooked chicken or saute chicken breasts until cooked through and then shred them. Adjust the amount of crushed red pepper to your liking. If you prefer a milder soup, omit it altogether. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for smoother melting. Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping.
