Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

In a medium bowl, gently combine the chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, white onion, Parmesan cheese, and jalapeno peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (10 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Sprinkle the smoked paprika evenly over the top. (5 minutes)

04

Step
25 mins

Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and bubbly, about 25 minutes. (25 minutes)

05

Step
15 mins

Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This allows the dip to set slightly and prevents burning your mouth! (15 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a clove of minced garlic to the mixture.
If you prefer a smoother dip, you can pulse the ingredients in a food processor before baking.
Serve with a variety of dippers, such as toasted baguette slices, crudités, pita chips, or tortilla chips.
The dip can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before baking. Just add a few minutes to the baking time.
For a cheesier dip, add a layer of shredded Gruyere or provolone cheese on top before baking.
