Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Using a serrated knife, carefully slice slider buns in half horizontally. Set the tops aside. (3 minutes)

03

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and dill pickle relish until well combined. Spread this flavorful dressing evenly on the bottom halves of the slider buns. Place a dill pickle slice on top of each dressed bun. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Arrange a half slice of turkey on each bun, folding it to fit neatly. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese, folding or cutting as needed to cover the turkey. Place the remaining half slices of turkey on top of the cheese. Replace the tops of the buns to complete the sliders. (8 minutes)

05

Step

Place the assembled sliders on the prepared baking sheet. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the tops of the slider buns generously with this savory butter mixture, then sprinkle evenly with everything bagel seasoning. Cover the baking sheet with foil. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese begins to melt and is gooey, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the buns are golden brown, about 3 minutes more. (18 minutes)

07

Step

Let the sliders cool for about 3 minutes before serving warm. This allows the cheese to set slightly and prevents burning your mouth! (3 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a thin spread of garlic aioli or pesto to the bottom buns before layering the other ingredients.
Experiment with different types of deli turkey, such as smoked turkey or honey-roasted turkey, to find your favorite combination.
If you don't have everything bagel seasoning, you can create your own blend using sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, and salt.
To make ahead, assemble the sliders, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add the butter topping just before baking.

I substituted provolone for the Swiss cheese, and they were still delicious. This recipe is very versatile!
