For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling white grape juice for the white wine and peach-flavored sparkling water for the vodka. Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less sugar according to your preference. Other fruits can also be added, such as raspberries, blueberries, or nectarines. To prevent the fruit from browning, toss the peach slices with a little lemon juice before adding them to the sangria.
