These flatbreads are delicious served warm with a drizzle of honey, a dollop of jam, or alongside a savory stew. Adjust the amount of molasses to your preference for sweetness. A little more or less won't significantly alter the recipe. If you don't have whole wheat flour, you can use all-purpose flour, but the texture and flavor will be slightly different.
