Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your air fryer to 340°F (170°C) for 5 minutes. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a medium bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Add the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Gently fold in the fresh blueberries. (1 minute)

05

Step

Line your air fryer basket with silicone cupcake liners. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, fill each liner about 3/4 full with the muffin batter. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Carefully place the filled cupcake liners into the preheated air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. (1 minute)

07

Step

Air fry for 14 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. (14 minutes)

08

Step

Let the muffins cool slightly in the air fryer basket before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. (5 minutes)

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of coarse sugar to the tops of the muffins before air frying.
If you don't have self-rising flour, you can make your own by combining 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Frozen blueberries can be used, but do not thaw them before adding them to the batter.
Air fryer temperatures can vary; check the muffins a few minutes early to prevent over-baking.
