In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, yogurt, thoroughly drained spinach, dried minced onion flakes, Beau Monde seasoning, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. (Approximately 2 minutes)

Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. For best results, chill overnight. (Chill for at least 120 minutes)

For a richer flavor, use full-fat sour cream and Greek yogurt.
Be sure to squeeze out as much moisture as possible from the thawed spinach to prevent a watery dip.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. A pinch of black pepper or a squeeze of lemon juice can also enhance the flavor.
Serve with a hollowed-out round loaf of bread, crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
