Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the garlic cloves, chipotle pepper (if using), olive oil, hot pepper sauce, and cumin. (2 minutes)

02

Step

Process until a smooth paste forms, scraping down the sides as needed. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Add the thawed edamame to the blender and continue to process until completely smooth and creamy. (5 minutes)

04

Step

If the dip is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency. (2 minutes)

05

Step

Season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. (1 minute)

06

Step

Transfer the edamame dip to a serving bowl. Serve immediately, or chill for later. (1 minute)

For a brighter flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lime juice before serving.
Garnish with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of olive oil for an extra touch.
If you don't have chipotle pepper, add 1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika for a smoky flavor.
Edamame dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
