For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper. If you don't have fresh tarragon, you can substitute 2 teaspoons of dried tarragon. This marinade can also be used as a glaze. Simply reduce it in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches your desired consistency.
