Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook until the sirloin is nicely browned and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred, about 4 minutes per side. (8 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a splash of orange juice to the marinade.
If you don't have an outdoor grill, you can cook these skewers under a broiler or in a grill pan on your stovetop.
