Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and prepared yellow mustard until smooth and well combined. This is your delightful honey mustard sauce. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully slice the Hawaiian slider rolls horizontally, separating the tops from the bottoms. Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls snugly in the prepared baking dish. Layer the honey ham evenly over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese slices. Generously spread the honey mustard mixture over the cheese. Gently place the top halves of the rolls back on top. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl on High power for approximately 30 seconds, or until fully melted. Using a pastry brush, evenly brush the melted butter over the tops of the sliders. This will give them a beautiful golden crust. Cover the baking dish with foil to prevent over-browning. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. (25 minutes)

06

Step

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders along the ham and cheese layers. Serve warm and enjoy! (5 minutes)

For an extra touch of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of poppy seeds or sesame seeds to the tops of the sliders before baking.
Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese, such as provolone or Gruyere, to customize the flavor profile.
These sliders are best served warm, but they can also be enjoyed at room temperature. They make a great addition to picnics and potlucks.
