For a richer flavor, use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. You'll need to increase the cooking time slightly. Adjust the amount of paprika to suit your taste. Smoked paprika can also be used for a deeper flavor. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of chicken stock or water to reach your desired consistency. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
