Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, diced ham steak, sliced black olives, marinated artichoke hearts, crumbled feta cheese, pressed garlic, chopped fresh basil, and Italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly distributed. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Transfer the mixture into a 1 3/4-quart round glass baking dish. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil to prevent condensation from dripping into the dip. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Pour 1 cup of water into the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Place the metal trivet inside the pot and carefully set the baking dish on top of the trivet, ensuring it is stable and balanced. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Close and lock the Instant Pot lid, ensuring the pressure release valve is set to the sealing position. Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' setting and set the timer for 10 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the pressure to build inside the Instant Pot.

05

Step

Once the cooking cycle is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method, following the manufacturer's instructions. This should take approximately 5 minutes. Be cautious of the steam released during this process.

06

Step

Unlock and remove the Instant Pot lid. Carefully remove the baking dish from the Instant Pot. Stir the dip gently to ensure even consistency and temperature. Serve immediately with baguette slices, pita bread, or crackers for dipping.

For a richer flavor, use a combination of Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese.
If you don't have ham steak, salami or pepperoni can be substituted.
Garnish with additional fresh basil or a drizzle of olive oil before serving for an extra touch of elegance.
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture before cooking.
