Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (2 minutes)

02

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush evenly over the surface of the naan bread. (3 minutes)

03

Step

Sprinkle the garlic naan with mozzarella cheese, followed by 1 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. (2 minutes)

04

Step

In a medium bowl, gently toss the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, red onion slices, and sun-dried tomatoes with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Spread this mixture evenly over the cheese-covered naan. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Carefully transfer the prepared naan pizza to the parchment-lined baking sheet. (1 minute)

06

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until the bottom of the naan is crisp and golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly, approximately 10-12 minutes. (12 minutes)

07

Step

Remove from oven, slice into wedges, and serve immediately. (2 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the spinach and artichoke mixture.
If you don't have marinated artichoke hearts, you can use canned artichoke hearts packed in water. Be sure to drain them well and pat them dry before chopping.
Feel free to experiment with other toppings, such as black olives, mushrooms, or roasted red peppers.
To achieve a crispier crust, place the baking sheet on the lowest rack of the oven during the last few minutes of baking.
