Bake in the preheated oven until the cornbread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes. (30 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the batter.
If you don't have buttermilk pancake mix, you can substitute with regular pancake mix and add an extra tablespoon of buttermilk or sour cream to the batter.
To prevent the cornbread from sticking, you can line the baking pan with parchment paper before greasing it.
