For a crispier crust, place the pizza stone on the lowest rack of the oven. If you don't have a pizza stone, you can use a baking sheet. Grease the baking sheet well or line it with parchment paper. Feel free to experiment with different types of whole wheat flour. The dough can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Bring to room temperature before rolling out.
