For a crispier crust, press out as much moisture as possible from the cooked cauliflower before mixing with the other ingredients. You can do this by squeezing it in a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor of the crust. Garlic powder, onion powder, or Italian seasoning would all be great additions. If the dough is too wet, add a tablespoon of almond flour at a time until it reaches a workable consistency. Make sure to cool completely before freezing. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap, and then foil or place in a freezer bag. To reheat, bake directly from frozen.

Dec 26, 2024My crust was a little soggy, but I think I didn't squeeze out enough moisture from the cauliflower. I'll try that next time. Overall, it was a great recipe!
