Follow The Directions

01

Step

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and cool. (8-10 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, combine pasta, eggs, tuna, Cheddar cheese, celery, onion, roasted red pepper, and lima beans. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and paprika. Season with salt. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Pour dressing over pasta mixture, and mix together. (3 minutes)

For best results, allow the pasta salad to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite vegetables, such as bell peppers, cucumber, or cherry tomatoes.
If you don't have roasted red peppers on hand, you can use a jarred variety or substitute with sun-dried tomatoes for a similar flavor profile.
To lighten up the dressing, you can substitute half of the mayonnaise with plain Greek yogurt.
