Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, flipping the florets halfway through at around 20 minutes, until tender and beautifully caramelized. (30 minutes)

For extra depth of flavor, try adding a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the cauliflower before roasting.
Adjust the amount of Sriracha to suit your spice preference. Start with less and add more to taste.
Roasting time may vary depending on the size of your cauliflower florets and your oven. Keep an eye on them and roast until tender and slightly browned.
