For a deeper smoky flavor, use a combination of sweet and hot smoked paprika. If you don't have a Dutch oven, you can use a regular baking dish. Just cover the cauliflower tightly with aluminum foil during the first part of baking. Feel free to experiment with other spices and herbs! Cumin, coriander, or rosemary would all be delicious additions.
